MetalGuard Systems started with a simple observation from the field: most steel roofs that get torn off could have been saved five years earlier for a third of the money. Owners were not choosing replacement — they were defaulting to it, because nobody had shown them a coating system with real structural credentials.

So we built our program around proof. Published specs, third-party impact and wind testing, and warranty terms tied to measured dry-film thickness rather than marketing language. Our chemistry is manufactured in Wisconsin by Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems — a formulator with a long track record in polyurea and elastomeric roofing — which gives our applicators batch-to-batch consistency they can stake a warranty on.
